Welcome to Bloomers Floral & Gift! We are a locally owned small-town florist specializing in unique floral designs, as well as a variety of gifts, greeting cards, and chocolates. Bloomers is not a cookie-cutter florist! We strive to always learn new and exciting styles and trends.

Josette Vest, owner, and lead designer grew up in the area and was formerly a banker. With her love of flowers and working with the public, a flower shop seemed a natural fit, so she opened Bloomers Floral & Gift in November 1997. The shop is located in a very old building, built in the 1890s. It has been gutted, taken down to the studs, and remodeled.

Josette runs the shop with the help of her wonderful, dedicated staff which includes Terri Henderson, designer and saleswoman extraordinaire, and Samantha, her niece and future of Bloomers.  customer service and delivery. In her free time, Josette loves to decorate her house and entertain friends and family. She also loves animals but especially spending time with her dachshund, Pedey. She is a huge Boston Red Sox fan so when they are on tv, you can bet she will be watching!

Bloomers Floral & Gift has been a Teleflora upstate New York unit for 23 years and Josette is a two-time past president.
